The Coventry Public Library is pleased to provide our patrons with tax forms but are you aware that all of this information is available online? Should you make a mistake or need a form when the library is not open then maybe the following links will be helpful. You will need Acrobat Reader to print out all forms. Did you also know that these forms can be filled out on the computer and saved to disk, or USB Flash drive? We regret that we are unable to offer advice but will gladly help you obtain any available tax forms or publications.
