Walking in Rhode Island with John Kostrzewa

John Kostrzewa has been writing the Walking Rhode Island column for the Providence Journal for the last 29 years.  Join us as he discusses his many years of hiking in RI as he shares how he began, where he walks, history and what he has learned.  His presentation will also feature wild life, geological features and vegetation he has found along the trails.  During the program he will talk about the unique trails in our state and the challenges we face to maintain the state's public preserves.
