Walking in Rhode Island with John Kostrzewa

John Kostrzewa has been writing the Walking Rhode Island column in the Providence Journal for 29 years and has been hiking the state for years.  Join us as he shares a presentation and slide show featuring where he started, where he has walked and what he has learned.  He will talk about vegetation, geological features, wild life and history he has found along the way.   During the talk, he will discuss what makes RI trails unique and the challenges we face to maintain our state's public preserves.
