Financial Wellness Center

Literacy Volunteers of Kent County (LVKC) has partnered with the Washington Trust Company and Banzai to bring a new financial literacy resource to our students and tutors! We believe it is important to bring financial literacy to the community, so we can all be better informed on how to manage our personal finances.

The Financial Wellness Center offers free online access to financial information and tools for calculation through short articles or exercises, to make it easier on the learner to understand. Information is available on basics, like making a budget, using credit cards, building credit, understanding health insurance and fraud & security. As well as, information on things like buying a house, buying a car, life changes, paying for college, retirement, and more.
