SEPTEMBER TEEN EVENTS

    BEDAZZLE NIGHT:

    Join us September 4th at 6pm for our Bedazzle Night for teens. Teens should bring a book to bedazzle as well as any other items they would like to bedazzle. If they forget, there will be a selection of books they can choose from at the library. Registration is required due to limited supply. This event is only for those in grades 6-12.

    (opens August 17th)

    RUBBER DUCK KEYCHAINS:

    Join us on Sept. 11th at 6pm to make Rubber Duck Keychains. Teens will make a rubber duck into a keychain and then they will be able to add other charms and gems. Registration is required due to limited supply. This event is only for those in grades 6-12.

    DECADES PARTY:

    Join us on September 18th at 6pm for our Decades Party! Teens will be able to celebrate the 80s, 90s, and 00s with music, food, games, and more! Teens are welcome to dress up if they wish. Registration is required due to limited space. This event is only for those in grades 6-12.

    (opens August 31st)

    ADOPT-A-SKELETON:

    Join us September 25th at 6pm for our annual Adopt-a-Skeleton event! Teens will get a skeleton to design and decorate. The skeletons will then be put on display in the month of October to be voted on for top skeleton. Winners will be contacted and skeletons will be available for pick up in November. Registration is required due to limited supply. This event is only for those in grades 6-12.

    THESE PROGRAMS WILL BE HELD ACROSS THE STREET IN THE COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER - RM 127 (LIBRARY PROGRAMMING SPACE). THE MAIN DOORS AND PARKING LOT ARE ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE BUILDING - NOT FACING THE STREET.

    For teen programs, we ask that parents drop their teens off and pick them up after the event due to space and to create a welcoming environment for teens. Parents can wait in the library (if open) or in the parking lot if they wish. Please contact the teen librarian if you have questions.
